At this time, Treehouse Therapy is private pay only and payment is due in full on the date the service is provided. We do not accept insurance as payment for services. However, a therapy invoice will be provided if requested for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Since insurance companies vary widely in their reimbursement for out-of-network providers, we encourage you to talk in length to your insurance provider regarding details of reimbursement.

To find out if you are eligible for insurance reimbursement before beginning treatment, please call your insurance provider and ask:

• What are my out-of-network benefits?
• What is my out-of-network deductible?
• How much of my deductible has been met?
• How many visits are allowed per calendar year?
• Is a pre-authorization required for out-of-network providers?
